Rhubarb Pie - YUM!

start with about 4 cups of finely chopped rhubarb
I tried to be lazy and put it in the food processor, but
it sliced it vertically instead of diagonally and I ended
up throwing away about a 1/2 cup of rhubarb.

put your pie crust in the pie pan

mix rhubarb with sugar, flour, eggs and milk
bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes

remove from oven
mix egg whites, creme of tartar, sugar and vanilla
for a nice fluffy merenge, put it on the pie while it's
still warm. bake at 400 until the merengue is lightly
browned.
serve warm and eat quickly!!
