A whole turkey is just too much for us, since Steve doesn't eat any.
So, we are trying somethig new, Cornish game hens. I put olive oil and cumin on in before cooking. Then after they cooked for 45 minutes, I brushed on a glaze with lime juice, honey and mustard, cooked them for 15 more minutes.
