New garage door opener

Like I've said before, everything seems to be breaking at about the
same time around here. Must be because I didn't pass on that last
chain email:)
This time it was the garage door opener. For over a week, we've had to
open the garage by hand. Oh! The Humanity! As usual, it's Steve to
the rescue. Today Rachel is lending a hand.
